How long do you have to change your mind?
You have 90 days to return your product and you can exchange it for another item or request a full refund of the amount paid for the product(s) without having to give us any explanation.
How much will I spend to return the product?
Nothing, you won't spend a single cent.
How to start the Return process?
Inform us either via email: [email protected] or by phone: 223192134 / 913033454 and request the documents for return or exchange.
What forms of resend/returns do you have?
There are two ways to get products to our facilities:
1st
Go to a CTT post and ask for a registration for Registered Mail, fill in your details (Sender) and our details (Recipient) send and make the payment asking for a receipt with our financial details. Name: WTO | NIF: 513607757.
Then you just have to send us a photo of the invoice with the respective amount you paid and we will credit it to your customer account. ATTENTION: it is important that our data is on this invoice. If you are unable to take a photo or for another reason you are unable to send it, don't worry, when the order arrives at our facilities we will weigh the package and credit the amount to your account or we will send you a code with the full amount. that you spent at CTT to return or exchange your products.

What packaging should you use to return the item?
You can use the same packaging, make sure it is properly sealed.
What should you put inside the packaging?
Include everything you can gather from the product to be returned. Also include a small note of the reason for the return, whatever it may be, and a reference so that we can identify your order such as order number, email, name or telephone number.
