Safety tips for anal douching

Anal douching is not something that is talked about much and there are not many opportunities to learn about it. There isn't much research yet on regular anal douching before sex, but we can share some knowledge. In this article we are going to tell you what is safe to do and what you should avoid doing for a safe shower.

Get the right equipment

You have a few different options if you're looking for the right chuca equipment. Here are some of them:

Fleet enemas: These are the best options for safe showering. Fleet enemas come in several versions, so make sure you get one that contains only normal saline. They also have pre-oiled nozzle tips, which are less likely to cause cracks or other damage. The volume is also smaller, so you're less likely to overdo it.

Shower Hose: Nothing says you're more ready to be passive than installing a shower hose for the chuca. This requires you to be extremely careful with the hygienic shower. It's very easy to have the water pressure too high or the water too hot. If you choose this option, be very careful. It's also very easy to have water that's too hot, which can burn you internally. You'll find that just by placing it in the anal opening, you'll get an effective suck.

Bulb Anal douche: They have a reusable rubber bulb that you can fill with homemade saline solution (or water). They are convenient, but many of them have a hard plastic mouthpiece. Use lube on the mouthpiece for safer insertion.

Prepare your butt

Don't be rude and just shove the enema mouthpiece up your ass without priming it first. It's like being a bottom during anal sex - it can hurt if you're not properly relaxed. There are two rings of muscle on your tail. The external muscles can control and relax on their own, but the internal sphincter only relaxes if it feels pressure. Then with a lubricated finger, make the penetration to help relax the internal sphincter musculature.

Lubricant before penetration

Make sure you lubricate whatever you're putting in your ass. Anal douching usually has hard spouts that can easily cause cracks if you're not careful. Take a moment to put plenty of lube in the mouthpiece and insert it slowly so you don't hurt yourself.

Pushing a hard mouthpiece into the rectum without lube can cause it to tear and crack. Not only will this be painful, but it can also increase your risk of HIV and other sexually transmitted infections. If you irritate the lining of the colon's mucous membranes, white blood cells (the type of immune cells that HIV preferentially infects) gather in the area to help your body repair itself. Therefore, if you are exposed to HIV, you are more likely to become infected.

Do not exaggerate

You don't need water to go very far inside your intestines. The amount of water that a bulb shower can hold is sufficient. If you are using a shower hose, take it easy. Start with the lowest water setting at first until you can judge the right level.

You must not exaggerate. Even if you shower with the right temperature and the right equipment, you can damage the lining of your rectum and bowel, which can put you at greater risk of getting an infection. There is no magic number of times that makes a shower unsafe. But if you can, limit yourself to once a day and only 2-3 days a week.

Enter and get started

You'll want to be close to the bathroom or shower when doing this. After applying the lubricant, slowly insert the lubricated shower nozzle into the anus. Squeeze the bulb to slowly squirt the liquid. Pull the mouthpiece out. If you can't hold the liquid, sit on the toilet immediately, but if you can hold it, jump up and down a few times before sitting on the toilet.

Give yourself time before sex

Most of the water will come out of your ass, but don't expect to be able to have sex right after sucking. Take some time for all the water that you sent into yourself to come out again. You may need an hour or more to make sure everything comes off before you're ready for sex.

Do not use laxatives

Unless you need laxatives to treat constipation, don't use laxatives as a way to prepare for anal sex. Laxatives irritate the lining of your intestines and cause abdominal cramps that can end up ruining sex. Also, they can end up forcing more poop that wouldn't come out.

Fiber supplements can be taken. They can help you to normalize your stool if you have a cold or to get all the poop out at once. If you have loose stools or diarrhea, fiber supplements can help.

Be sensible and remember that sometimes shit happens!

It's time we all realize and recognize that if you're having anal sex, sometimes the poop is going to come out. The chuca can prevent this from happening but sometimes, accidents happen. If it happens to you, don't let it be a reason to feel dirty or ashamed. Go to the bathroom, clean everything you need to clean and that's it, you're ready to get back to action.
